Product Care

To maintain freshness and quality, all poultry products are mildly chilled and should be refrigerated or cooked as soon as possible after purchase. Please consider any additional stops or errands you may need to make before heading home, as prolonged time without proper refrigeration may affect the safety and quality of the product.

Large Orders

Large orders must be placed in person, as a deposit is required at the time of ordering. Restaurants and other businesses may place their orders over the phone. During the off-season, all turkey orders must be placed at least one day in advance to ensure availability.

Our chicken are raised with access to the outdoors, giving them the freedom to roam and express their natural behaviors. While the term “free-range” refers only to outdoor access and does not address feed sources or the use of chemicals,…

we take pride in providing an environment that promotes the birds well-being. Every chicken has access to spacious outdoor areas equipped with fresh water and ample shade for comfort. To further encourage natural instincts and reduce stress, we enrich their environment with straw bales for pecking and eucalyptus tree branches for playing, exploring, and hiding, helping create a healthier and more natural living space.
